1. What we collect
On the free tier, generation runs entirely in your browser. We do not send your inputs (topics, keywords, client names, etc.) to our servers. We may use local storage in your browser (e.g. to show usage limits or recent runs) — that data stays on your device.
If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive only what Stripe provides (e.g. email, payment status); we do not store full card details.
2. How we use it
We use information only to operate the service, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not train AI or other models on your client content or inputs.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with payment processors (Stripe) and with hosting providers (e.g. Netlify) as needed to run the site. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Retention
Browser-stored data (e.g. usage counts) can be cleared by you. Payment records are retained as needed for accounting and disputes.
5. Your rights
You can clear local storage in your browser to remove usage/recent-run data. For access, correction, or deletion of data we hold, contact us. If you are in the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
